The story01 / 05

When the last ferry to Inis Caorach is withdrawn, a lighthouse keeper's daughter comes home to bury her father and finds the island has already begun to leave without her.

Shot over one winter on the Kerry and Clare coasts, Tuile is a story about what the sea takes and what it gives back, told in the language of the people who stayed.
The tide doesn't ask who's still standing on the pier. Nóra · Reel 4
